  • Project content: Planning and implementation of an Incident Management System (IMS) for corporate management level   in two phases;
  • First phase contained; Construction of the H.Q. main CCC, two regional backup CCR and the connection of 12 sites.
  • Second phase contained; connection of 30 more sites.
