The company is headed by Mr. N. Galperin and Mr. A. Avnat, who combine in-depth experience in all business and professional aspects of the security world.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Mr. N. Galperin

Graduate of the Technion (Haifa, Israel-1972) in Industrial Engineering and Management

Long experience as a management consultant to local and international corporate top managements;

Extensive experience in business management, maintained various executive positions within major international corporations and at present is a member of various Boards of Directors including public companies

During the years 2002 – 04, Mr. Galperin managed all business aspects of IDS’s Greek partner (ISDS Hellas) in the joint 2004 Olympic Security Project until its successful completion.

Mr. Galperin has been IDS Global Managing Director since its inception.

Director & Chief of Operations (COO) – Mr. A. Avnat

Mr. A. Avnat is a Major in I.D.F Special Forces (Ret.) with extensive military background in anti-terror and intelligence warfare. His background includes lengthy service in the Israeli Security Agency – ISA, specializing in aviation security, Deputy Chief of Security and Head of Security Operations at Ben Gurion Airport, and Head of El-Al security in Kenya.

For12 years, (1995-2007) has been the managing director of ISDS Ltd. and was directly involved in the obtaining and execution of most of ISDS projects.

Post 9/11 Mr. Avnat headed the company’s operations in Greece; the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Security and the Maritime ISPS code security projects.

Currently, Mr. Avnat is a Director and the COO of IDS Global

CIO – Chief Intelligence Officer

Mr. Mart holds Master Degrees in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies and in Military History.

Y. Mart has served in the Israeli intelligence community for a period of 25 years, and retired several years ago at rank of Major General. He has extensive personal experience in various fields of intelligence, reaching high level command.

He was in charge of creating and managing the OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) project for the Olympic Games in Athens 2004.

Currently Mr. Y. Mart is managing “IDS Insight” and all IDS Intelligence related projects.
